What is Next for Cody Rhodes

At the TLC PPV, Cody Rhodes successfully defended his Intercontinental Title against Booker T. However, due to the build up – he attacked Booker T twice before the match – there is a good chance that the feud will not end there.
It is fully expected that Rhodes will still have the title once his feud with Booker is done, but what is next in store for him?
Of course, the Royal Rumble is just around the corner, and that will be the main focus for most people of the next few weeks, but after that, Rhodes will have no clear direction.
What is needed is someone he can feud with. If, as Rhodes states, he is going to bring the prestige back to the title, he needs a well built feud with an up and coming star to allow this to happen. Granted, the feud with Booker T has been built up nicely, and if done correctly, could probably get Rhodes through to Wrestlemania.
So who could be the one to give him this feud? A safe pick would be Dibiase. He has history with Rhodes already, and his popularity is on the increase. The only problem with this is that it has been tried twice before, and the feud both times never really got any momentum to it.
Rumour has it that Goldust may become Rhodes opponent at Wrestlemania. This is bad on many levels. Goldust is way beyond his prime, and is a joke as far as the roster is concerned. True, he is experienced, and probably looked up to, but he no longer has the talent level required to go into this match.
Who Cody ends up with needs to be able to cut good promos, and work with his style in matches. This is the only way to allow the Intercontinental Title to earn back some of the prestige it has had in previous years.
